It’s Video Monday! Yeah, I just made that up on the spot. Creative huh? In this one I’m talking about why we think every couple, if possible, should do an engagement session. I flubbed in the beginning of the video and said this was about the importance of an engagement location but you guys know what I mean! Warning: I think I’m hilarious. I tell people I’m the funniest person I know and everyone just shakes their head in disbelief that I’m that delusional. I literally laugh at myself like this all day every day….no joke. Pat even added in some “bloopers” at the very end. If you don’t want to be friends with me after this anymore, I understand.

We took Kristy & Justin’s engagement pictures last weekend and thankfully it ended up being the perfect day. As soon as we left Stanley Park, the rain drops started falling. I’d like to say it was all of our amazing planning but I think we were just that lucky! After 7 years of being together, they are getting married in just 2 weeks! Pat and I can’t wait for their wedding! Not only because it’s my birthday that day (woo hoo!) but because these two are beyond nice and easy to get along with. It was awesome to get the creative juices flowing again after a few months of hibernation….good ole New England winter; it’ll get ya every time! Our to-do list for the business is growing every time we blink so things are about to get a little crazy. Especially since our wedding is [Read More…]
Woot woot, I got the guts to do a second video! This time I’m talking about how to choose an engagement shoot location. Now that’s spring time, everyone is thinking about where and how they’ll choose a location and sometimes it can be hard to choose. I hope these tips help out! Click here if the video doesn’t load.
I’ve been thinking about vlogging for months but to be honest, it’s easier to hide behind my keyboard! I finally got the guts to put myself in front of a camera for the first time in my life. Pat got out one of our cameras, pointed it out my face and I froze. According to Pat, I also got all finger pointing and neck twisting when I began to talk so he yelled “CUT!” many times. I needed to get my act together….but lets be real, I never have my act together no matter how hard I try. I decided to talk about a light subject for my first video so I’m discussing my diet and exercise routine for all [Read More…]
