This weekend was our last weekend off until the middle of October. We have lots of engagement shoots coming up and a few weddings to close out our year. Wedding season shuts down in October, for the most part, here in New England. Since we’re going to be going full force for the next 2 months, we made sure to let loose and laugh hysterically with our friends on Saturday night. Well, mainly Pat got to sit back and be embarrassed by his future wife pulling out some seriously slick moves on the dance floor for 3 hours straight. You see, Pat is not a dancer so I make up for his slack by dancing enough for 10 people….maybe more.
The lights turn down, the disco ball glitters and my friends and I have a sudden urge to compete in dance offs that include twinkle toe moves and a new, better version of a classic: the butterfly, done right. There’s never been a dance circle in existence that I haven’t been apart of. Open it up and let me in to show you how good I can do the running man mixed with the grace of a ballerina well past her prime.
We are so lucky to have friends just as whacked out as we are. Here’s a terrible cell phone picture of me and my ladies. Probably the poorest quality picture ever but best moment ever so it doesn’t even matter.
Love you girls! Even if you have alien hands in this picture.
Leave some love:
